We are happy to announce the new people running our onsite Bistro and Shop. Please welcome Stuart and Rachel to Cosgrove Park.
With many years of experience between them, we have confidence that you will love the variety of goods that they will bring to make your stay at Cosgrove Park all that more brilliant.
Stuart - Lakeside Coffee Shop and Restaurant
Stuart is a classically trained chef with 20+ years of experience. He launched his company, Impressions Caterers in 2001 which has grown to operate three Pubs, two Wedding Venues and an Outside Events business.
Now with his own team of Chefs, Front of House & Events staff, Stuart enjoys a new challenge, but he has never lost his passion for fresh ingredients and great food.
He loves nothing more than getting back in the kitchen. Stuart lives in the Silverstone area, has two grown up daughters and a young son. On rare time off, he enjoys adrenaline sports & tinkering with cars.
Rachel - Cosgrove Park Shop
Rachel has worked in Retail & Wholesale for the past 17 years. Originally from Norfolk, she moved to the area 8 years ago to run Booker Cash & Carry in Northampton.
She also has a 'hobby' business, Bake-d.uk which makes Wedding Cakes & supplies desserts for local pubs & restaurants.
During her time in Northampton, Rachel has worked extensively with local businesses, understanding both Catering & Retail, looking for the right opportunity to make the jump & open her own business.
Rachel has a 3 year old daughter, and when not working will often travel back to Norfolk to enjoy beach walks and time with her family.
We look forward to welcoming Stuart and Rachel to Cosgrove Park and we are excited to see what the 2022 season brings!
