What's New for 2021 ?
Last year's season at Cosgrove Park was short and sweet but definitely not what anyone expected. With the government's coronavirus restrictions easing, we're thrilled to have our customers back where they belong, enjoying the park!
This season our customers will be able to enjoy and experience all of the new facilities in the play area and in the tennis court.
Over the winter we have been extremely busy with installing some of the new additions and making improvements to the park! Take a look what we've been up to!
New Equipment in our Play Area!
Our already extensive range of play equipment has been expanded yet again. Our last upgrade, completed a couple of years ago, was the under 5s area, this proved a huge hit with the kids!
Cone Climber
The "Witches Hat" or also known as the "Cone Climber" has been installed. Either way, the Cone Climber has been a great addition to the Play Area. The rotating net play will have children in a spin! The Cone Climber is great for multi-play as they climb to the top of the rotating net. Ideal for children aged three to twelve.
Saturn Swing
This was supposed to make an appearance in 2020 but unfortunately COVID had other plans! But the Saturn Swing is finally in!
This fantastic piece of equipment allows customers that cannot use the conventional swings to still enjoy the swinging motion! This swing, combined with the wheelchair-adapted frame, allows children/adults to have a go, whether they are in a pushchair or a wheelchair.

While we are on the subject of swings! Another addition to the Swing family at the Play area. New for 2021! Be sure to check this out and test the nest! The Birds Nest Swing allows multiple children to all enjoy the thrill of the swing at the same time

Professional Basket Ball Hoop
Due to high demand, we have a new Basket Ball Hoop! Located in the Tennis Court, you will have plenty of space to practice shooting some hoops! It’s a great place for children and adults alike to go and shoot some hoops.
Wifi
Wi-Fi is available in each holiday home.
There is a one-off installation fee of £240 which includes cabling, equipment, and labour with no further on-going costs.
• There is no data cap.
• Good coverage throughout your holiday home and plot.
• Your own access point and personal password.
• Can connect multiple wireless devices simultaneously
• The service can stream media for your Netflix, Amazon Prime etc
• We do not allow the use of CCTV cameras on the network.
The free Wi-Fi service will still be available across the site.
New Holiday Home Developments
Kingfisher Bay
Twenty new Holiday Home plots are on the edge of completion up on the new Kingfisher Bay Development near Heronsfield! The road has been laid and we are now awaiting the Holiday Homes to be sited ready for our new customers!
All plots will offer double parking spaces and large gardens. Located at the end of the park, close to the red way cycle lane, the floodplain forest and overlooking the beautiful Kingfisher Bay lake, its a great location to enjoy and getaway from it all.

The Cedars
Seven brand new Holiday Home plots have built near the onsite Swimming Pool, Lakeside Cafe, Lanes N Games and the tennis court. Close to all amenities, The Cedars development no only offers a great central location, but also the perfect amount of privacy.
